Instructions for Searching for Your Polling Place

1) Click one of the “Precinct Finder” links on our homepage or go to http://www.woodburyiowa.com/departments/Auditor/precinct.asp


You will see an address search form that looks like the picture below

2) Enter your “House Number” in the first box

3) Select your “Street Direction” in the second box if necessary

4) Select your “Street Name” from the third box

5) Select your “City” from the fourth box

6) Click the “Search” Button

7) After you hit the “Search” button you will see a search results page that looks similar to the picture below. (if your search yields no results, please check that your address is correct and try searching again)

Click your “Address” or the link under the “More Info” column for more information on your polling place

8) After you click the link in the Search Results page, you will be taken to a page with detailed information on your precinct. (see image below)



You will see your Polling Place’s Name, Address and Telephone Number. Most Polling Place searches will also contain a picture of the building.

9) You can get “Driving Directions” and a “Driving Route Map” from your doorstep to your polling place by clicking the “Driving Directions” link towards the bottom of the page.






Please remember we post “Up to the Minute” election results on our website every election night. As the polls close, vote counts are tallied and updated on the website once every few seconds.
